I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jim Riss and his team for 9 years. Jim and his team are true professionals, always attentive to the client’s needs. He understands the Colorado market better than most and I would have no problem referring friends and family to him. Jim also gives back to the community with an annual Easter Egg Hunt at a local grade school for all the neighborhood kids complete with the Easter Bunny. His knowledge of the industry, great personality and sense of humor make him one of those guys I enjoy working with.
